Customer Care
Providing a great experience is our goal. All items are authentic, SEALED, Pokémon products and we will stand behind that with a guarantee that if there is any evidence of tampering, or fraudulent product - We will fully refund the purchase price.
Our target customer is the Pokémon card collector and/or player. We will require that all customers at least break the factory seal on purchases so that we can prevent scalpers from reselling the products. We also hope that customers will be more than willing to open packs with us so we can enjoy any big hits together!
Privacy & Safety
We do not, and will not, share any personal information provided by our patrons with any third parties. Email distribution lists will be secured in encrypted formats.
Transparency Statement
Our objective is to acquire various Pokémon products (focusing on Booster Packs) with the intent to resell at cost. Currently, our objective is to average a cost of $6.00 per pack. Sometimes this means buying products at $5.48 (after-tax) from retail stores, and sometimes it's buying secondary market items at $6.50 per pack average. There is no active attempt to turn a profit on this hobby and passion. Our profit is the joy that we can hopefully bring to people who may not have access to packs at retail prices.
We do not have a distributor relationship, so we do not have access to products at anything less than retail pricing. A relationship with a distributor is something we would love to earn, and is a long-term goal.
